Refund policy

We want you (and Mum) to love every gift you order. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., chocolates, fresh flowers)

How to Return
To start a return, please email us at info@thegiftedmum.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
